5. SAFETY.
You will be added to the WhatsApp group “Campsite Users”
ALERTS and NOTICES will be posted in the WhatsApp group “Campsite Users”. Please do not use this platform to post messages that distract other users. If you need help or ASSISTANCE from someone on site, please use this platform first.
Fire extinguishers.
We will be installing some fire extinguishers on the property shortly.
We will inform you in person about the availability of fire extinguishers on your accommodation.
Gate.
Please ensure that none of our animals go through the gate and/or remain outside.
Bonfires and barbecues
- Bonfires on the ground are not permitted.
- Lit braziers are not permitted after sunset.
- You may use our barbecues.
- If the Government issues a ban on bonfires during particularly critical periods on very hot days, we will have to comply and work with campers to find the best way to manage this, likely by providing a single communal area with a gas barbecue.
Parking.
Do not position your vehicle, caravan or motorhome in such a way that it would be difficult to move it in an emergency.
Do not place any obstacles in front of your vehicle. Vehicles must not be parked on paths that may be required for emergency access.
Do not park your vehicle in a way that blocks vehicle access routes.
7. OTHER GENERAL ISSUES
Our immediate priorities:
Shelters.
A shelter is a permanent structure installed in the park and will be available for social gatherings and various other uses.
Electricity.
The power supply is solar-powered and we do not yet have enough power for all the equipment. It will be provided where possible, subject to certain constraints.
Toilets and showers
At present, we only have 1 shower and 2 toilets. We consider it urgent to install further facilities.
Swimming pool
The small swimming pool located in the lower part of the property is intended for large groups.
However, even a small swimming pool incurs costs and requires constant adult supervision. With your input and feedback, we will strive to meet everyone’s expectations.
8. COMMUNITY
This private social solidarity organisation belongs to everyone. It is yours. Share your ideas. Contribute however you can.
